SPCA of Texas was seeking to improve their year-over-year growth to meet projection goals in 2019. They came to RKD with the desire to implement new tactics to their existing digital campaigns to boost response and increase revenue to accomplish this.
RKD implemented a strategy that took a more diversified approach to messaging in an attempt to not only meet projection numbers but exceed them. We integrated rescue stories into more frequent e-appeals that would increase the urgency to give. We added message segmentation targeting major donors for increased gift amounts. In addition to continuing triple-match campaigns, we introduced the first quadruple-match offer.
Our FY19 digital campaign exceeded projections! Overall online revenue grew by 18.12% year over year. In addition, SPCA of Texas also saw a 5.82% increase in revenue from monthly donors.
