Los Angeles Mission needed a website updated and optimized to enhance the fundraising experience for users. This site needed to focus on providing a user friendly and engaging experience that effectively told the story of their nonprofit.
RKD worked with LAM to build a website that was properly optimized for fundraising. They built a website that included a unique design and UX. RKD made sure to build a website that granted LAM the chance to tell their stories and boost fundraising to its fullest potential.
The new fundraising-focused design and UX brought a 15.73% increase in website conversions and 73.41% increase in mobile revenue. Not only was it a more effective at bringing in donations, it brought in two creative awards for website design.
Founded in 1936, the Los Angeles Mission is a non-profit, privately supported, faith-based organization that serves the immediate and long-term needs of homeless and disadvantaged men, women and children. The Mission is among the nation’s largest service providers to the homeless.
